Come with comfortable clothes, a warm blanket and socks.
We will start with meditation or recitation of JapJi Sahib
Followed by a Kundalini Yoga Kriya with a deep relaxation
One hour chanting Aquarian Sadhana Mantra Meditations
Finishing with just connecting with the group and go into the day
Light UP. Love UP .
