A Gong bath will take you deep into the present moment. They are a means of physical regeneration, emotional balance and mental well-being. Participants do not need any skills or knowledge.
The gong carries frequencies and a vastness of harmonics vibrating through every cell, massaging away tensions and blockages. Affecting brainwaves so that our minds move easily from thinking to dreaming, meditation and sleep.
