This is one of two exclusive beach sound baths this summer at THE HUT summer events at Stone Bay in Broadstairs. You are lying down for one hour. It could get chilly. Please bring mats, blankets, eye covers, pillows, sleeping bags...just to be able to completely let go into a deep relaxation and let the gongs relax and renew you.Â
