About The Event
This 40-Day Sadhana is to ignite your light daily with a Kundalini Yoga Set of 30 minutes followed by a short relaxation and a 7 minute Adi Shakti Mantra (Morning Call) Meditation to open up all your Chakras (energy centres).
We will do the same practice every day for 40 consecutive days. If possible find the same/similar time to do it each day - best to do it early morning.
The recording will be sent out June 24th.
